1. Include the Item # and Title of the DVD you are ordering.
2. WV residents to add 6% sales tax on product & shipping.
3. Don't forget to add shipping charges, as follows:
+ $ 4 for Orders up to $80
+ $ 7 for Order total between $81 to $150
+ $10 for Order total between $151 to $175
+ $12 for Orders above $175
Shipping Method will be 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight of package.
