We are not responsible for checking your order history to see if you have already purchased a title before.
However, we will allow you to return a duplicate title, but ONLY under the following conditions:

- You purchased the title directly from us and not through a distributor
- The outer wrapper is still intact and has not been opened or re-taped.
- Refunds will be for DVD price only, minus restocking fee.
- You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
In the event you have placed two orders within a few minutes of each other, even though we may be able to combine the orders and ship in one package, we do NOT refund the shipping difference unless the difference is at least $5, because we are charged a per order fee in addition to the usual transaction fees.
Every effort has been made to ensure you receive a quality produced DVD disc. In the unfortunate event you should believe your disc to be faulty, please first check to see if same problem exists when played in a different DVD player or computer - AND - the playing side is clean.
Some DVD players are very sensitive and can skip over a section or freeze up entirely if there is any dirt or grime on the disc, and even more so with sticky matter. Also, keep in mind that dirt on one disc can easily get deposited in the player and then next time the player is used, it can interfere with it being able to read the next disc, even though there may be nothing wrong with that disc.
We will only replace your faulty disc with exact same title, no refunds, or exchanges for other titles. We recommend you view the discs as soon as possible, as we cannot accept responsibility if you have not reported any problems within
21-Days of receiving your DVD, as we feel that should be sufficient time for customers to view their DVDs for any malfunction.
Exercising proper care of the disc and a clean environment should make them last a long time - we will not replace any DVD that has not been properly taken care of.

We will gladly replace any legitimate faulty DVD that does not play on first try. However, we cannot accept responsibility for the poor handling and lack of care of our DVDs by customers, as DVDs are not indestructible. While we do NOT assume all customers fall into this category, we feel the 14-day is justified, based on the fact that of the very few DVDs that are returned to us for replacement because of a malfunction, most of them actually worked perfectly after careful cleaning.
While the nature of Taxidermy is not by any means a clean environment, we assume the DVDs would be watched in a clean environment, but the condition of the majority of the returned DVDs we received for replacement were in very poor condition on the playing side. Example: sticky substances, dusty, oily fingerprints, and even major scratches, which is obviously not the condition of the DVDs when shipped.

All our discs are in NTSC (Region 1 - North America) DVD-R / x16 format, which are compatible with 95% of standard DVD players and computers. However, if you have a much older DVD player, check your owner's manual to make sure it can playback this particular format.

By purchasing and viewing any of our DVD videos constitutes the viewer's agreement that Taxidermy Training Unlimited or any Instructor associated with us will not be held responsible or liable for any accident or injury incurred by any viewer using any tools, chemicals, methods, or techniques described by the instructors in these videos.
As always, you should exercise the utmost care in the use of any tools and chemicals, and always heed warning labels and follow the safety precautions as described and provided by the manufacturer of those products.
